How are your products made?

All of our products are handmade at home with love. We carefully and locally source our stones ensuring the best quality and service.

Can I custom order jewelry?

Of course! You can create your own custom healing jewelry by chatting with us below or contacting us on any of our social media platforms.

How do I place an order?

If you are ordering a piece of jewelry in stock, simply click on the "add to cart" button. If you would like to buy a custom-made piece you contact me via chat at the bottom of the page, by email or WhatsApp.

Custom-made pieces can take a week to a month to finish. It depends on the design, piece and where you are in the queue.

What if I can't find my size?

Simply contact us by chatting with us below or through any of our contact points and we'll be more than happy to assist.

What does The Ricci District mean?

When starting The Ricci District, my mom and I wanted a name that is special and meaningful. Ricci, is mom's (the designer) childhood nickname. We wanted our name to represent an integrated area for all that is holistically fashionable.

Where can I shop for your jewelry in person?

You can view our products at Ruf Store, located in Rawdah, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

We are also more than happy to assist you with more photos and videos of a product in our chat!

Where do you source your products?

We take a lot of pride in being from the Middle East, so it is important for us to support our region and support local business against big mass-produced corporations. We try to source as ethically and sustainably as possible while bringing support and business to Middle Eastern locals. All parts of our business is sourced in the Middle East.

How long does shipping take?

Since most of our products are made to order, it takes us approximately 1-2 days to prepare your items after which it is delivered by DHL express.

KSA: 3-5 Business Days.

Middle East: 5-7 Business Days

Rest of the world: 7-10 Business Days

What warranty do you provide with your jewelry? Do you do repairs or replacements?

We want you to have your product forever and we stand by our jewelry 100%. If your item was damaged, we will happily fix it within 1 year of purchase. 

What does my product come with?

Each product comes with a healing properties card detailing all the healing uses and meaning of the selected stone in a pouch and box.

Do you do local pick up?

Yes! We actually do. If you would like you can choose pick up at Ruf at checkout and your item will be available in 24-48 hours.

Why is shipping expensive?

Unfortunately, since we are a small start up, and due to our location, we use special rates given to us by DHL express. We hope one day to be big enough to provide free worldwide shipping, but until then, we try our best to always keep the shipping fees to a minimal. Shipping costs vary depending on the value and size of your purchase.

Return and Exchange policy

We want you to always be satisfied and happy with our products. However, due to the nature of our products, you can only exchange your items. If you are in Saudi Arabia, you can exchange your item within 2 weeks of purchase. Item cannot be worn or used. We guarantee our products for a year after purchase date.
